What else should I know?
You must have a FICO score of at least 630. If you don't have a credit score, you can still apply. You must show proof of annual income or savings of 27x the monthly rent, or have a parent sign our agreement with an annual income of 45x the monthly rent.

The cost of the Security Deposit Replacement is usually about 10-35% of a month's rent for US citizen, paid by you, the Mover.
